Agency Staff (Northfield)
Limited was founded in 1999 in response to a need for a reliable
temporary staff agency that offered its clients value for money
but more importantly the individual approach. As a young family
run company we pride ourselves on the quality and reliability
of our staff, some of whom have been recommended by Head Teachers/Deputies
of local schools.
Our growth over the
past five years, demonstrates our effectiveness in providing
a standard of service, which the schools that use us have come
to expect.
We try
whenever possible, to send the same teachers back to the same
schools, thus ensuring continuity for the children there. We
are now quite used to schools asking for a teacher by name, a
request we always try to accommodate. We also endeavour to “look
after” our staff by not asking them to travel long distances
to work, therefore all our staff can expect to work within a
ten mile radius of home whenever possible.
We provide invoices on a weekly basis, split as required by the school i.e. marked for whichever budget heading the school finds most convenient.
Both teaching and administration staff are required to provide a full employment and qualification history as well as the names and contact details of two professional referees when attending the interview.
Agency Staff Ltd holds full Public Liability insurance and undertakes Criminal Records Bureau and General Teaching Council checks for all staff.
We pay our teachers to scale and all other staff well above the minimum
wage.
We also offer a recruitment
service for all other staff and we will continue to recruit and
appoint to our books, reliable and responsible staff of the highest
quality and in accordance with the standards required by the
client. We do in fact reject any candidate that we would not
be prepared to employ ourselves.
